We accept returns for refund or exchange for items damaged in transit.

Refunds and Exchanges

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 24 hours of receiving the goods at sales@pleasedonttell.shop to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item, we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available, we will refund the total purchase price of your item. Please Don't Tell inc. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed delivered to an address entered during an order. Upon inquiry, Please Don't Tell inc. will confirm delivery to the address provided, date of delivery, tracking information, and shipping carrier information for the customer to investigate.Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be processed within seven days.
